When it is not the right choice

- This does not change the natural colour of the tooth itself. It removes what is sitting on top. If the tooth underneath is yellow, it will be a clean yellow — that is what whitening is for.
How long it lasts
The smooth feeling lasts weeks; the benefit lasts until deposit builds up again, which for most people is six months to a year depending on how you brush and what you drink.

Will it make my teeth whiter?

Does scaling damage enamel?
